About Us
Sara Farnsworth is the founder of Full Circle Farm, a women-owned Vermont cannabis cultivation business, and the founder and President of Vermont Producers Joint, a producer-owned wholesale cooperative created to strengthen market access for small Vermont cannabis producers.
With more than two decades of experience in business management, nonprofit governance, agriculture, and regulated-market operations, Sara brings a practical, community-centered perspective to Vermont’s evolving cannabis industry. Her work focuses on building fair market systems, supporting small producers, expanding cooperative infrastructure, and protecting the long-term viability of locally owned cannabis businesses.
Sara has been active in cannabis policy discussions in Vermont, including testimony and advocacy related to direct-to-consumer sales, producer access, fair trade practices, event opportunities, and rural economic development. Through both Full Circle Farm and Vermont Producers Joint, she is working to build a more sustainable, producer-led market that keeps value in Vermont communities.
